We don't ship international generally-we use the global shipping program to ship to eBay in the United States and they ship it overseas for us this somehow got excluded from the global shipping program -the shipping to Japan would cost us $139 when you only paid 89 so I'm not sure how to proceed

通常国外発送はしておりません。アメリカではeBayの発送にグローバルシッピングプログラムを使っており、こちらでは国外発送もしています。なぜかグローバルシッピングプログラムから除外されていました。日本への発送は$139ですが、89しかお支払いしていただいていませんのでどのように進めるべきかわかりません。
