今日、ＮＥＣに対する山田さんの件の説明方法について、斎藤さんと打ち合わせをしました。
その結論を、次の通り報告します。
１．今回の人事異動については、ＩＢＭと契約を締結しているＮＥＣ―Ａに対して、ＩＢＭから正式な
説明をしてもらいたい。　
　　なお、トライアルの参加者である、ＮＥＣ－Ｂに対しては、ＮＥＣ－Ａから説明を行う。
また、ＥＲＰの利用者であり、かつ、ＩＢＭのアライアンスの候補先であるＮＥＣ－Ｃに対しても、
ＮＥＣ－Ａから説明を行う。

I have a meeting to Mr. Saito about the way of explanation to NEC regarding to Mr. Yamada.
I'll report about the result as follows.
1. Regarding to this personnel relocation, we would like IBM to explain formally to NEC-A which make a contract with IBM.
NEC-A explains to NEC-B which is the participant of the trial.
And, NEC-A explains to NEC-C which is user of ERP and the candidate of IBM alliance.
