アリババから今回のトラブルの詳細を改めて問合せされています
私は貴社とこれ以上も争うつもりはありません。
ですが貴社の配送伝票の記入漏れが原因で到着が大きく遅れたことは事実です
これにより当社も少なからずビジネスチャンスを失いました
その事はハッキリと貴社として謝罪をして下さい。曖昧になっています
上記の事項がハッキリしてくれたらアリババにトラブル解決を連絡します
私は今後も◯◯さんにまた注文をしたいと思いっています
