私達の会社はハンバーグを通じて地域の人に愛されるお店をつくろうと考えています
どのように愛されるかというと、安全安心な食材を提供すること、食べ残してしまったもののリサイクル、お店で使うエネルギーの省エネ、あとは、食材を作る生産者の田んぼや畑がより環境にやさしい農業ができる支援、の実施です。
例えば、我々が使っているお米は省農薬米と言います
無農薬ではないが、除草剤一回だけ使用したお米です
そのお米を全店舗で使用しています
そのお米を作ることでどのような違いがあるか説明します

Our company thinks that we make the shops which local people love through hamburgers.
We would like to be loved by the following implementation;
Providing safety and secure ingredients,
Recycle of leftovers,
Saving the energy which we use at shops, and
Supporting to do the agriculture that rice paddies and vegetables of producers making ingredients is kinder to environment.
For example, we use “Shou-nouyaku-mai” (rice reduced chemical fertilizer)
The rice isn’t chemical-free, but is used chemical herbicides only one time.
We use the rice at all shops
