私達の会社はハンバーグを通じて地域の人に愛されるお店をつくろうと考えています
どのように愛されるかというと、安全安心な食材を提供すること、食べ残してしまったもののリサイクル、お店で使うエネルギーの省エネ、あとは、食材を作る生産者の田んぼや畑がより環境にやさしい農業ができる支援、の実施です。
例えば、我々が使っているお米は省農薬米と言います
無農薬ではないが、除草剤一回だけ使用したお米です
そのお米を全店舗で使用しています
そのお米を作ることでどのような違いがあるか説明します

Our company tries to make hamburg chains which is loved by local people.
Through providing reliable and safe food, recycling the stuff customers didn't eat, reducing the total energy consumption of the restaurants, and supporting farmers to produce vegetables with less damage to the environment.
For example, we call our rice a less-agricultural chemical rice.
We only use the chemical only once.
And all the restaurants use the rice.
