I sent the products on the 5/17, it was supposed to take one week to receive them in America, however since it seems like you have made a complaint, the package was stopped in Tokyo post.
This time, since you seem to be dissatisfied with this transaction, I am willing to reimburse you the full amount.
I just contacted the person in charge at Paypal, it is apparently better you withdraw the complain made on eBay before I reimburse you. I am sorry for the bother but could you withdraw your eBay claim ? Otherwise I would lose a lot of money on the handling fees.
