東京の郵便局で商品の発送を中止いたしました。

今回、あなたは取引についてご不満のようなので、
全額を返金したいと思います。

私はPaypalの担当者に問い合わせたところ、
買い手がeBayのクレームを取り下げてから返金したほうが
いいということなので、お手数ですが、eBayのクレーム
を取り下げてもらえませんか? でないと、私は手数料の返還が

I sent the item on May 17th, and it was planned to reach USA in one week, however as you seem to have complaints on this deal, I have cancelled to send the item at the post office in Tokyo yesterday.

I would like to make a full refund, as you seem to be dissatisfied with this deal.

I have asked the person in charge in Paypal, and he/she advised that the seller first withdraws complaint, and then make a refund. I am sorry to trouble you, but could you once withdraw complaint on ebay first? Otherwise, I cannot receive the commissions and make a huge loss.
