私は商品を5月17日に発送し、米国には1週間で届く予定でしたが、
あなたは取引に対してクレームがあるようなので、昨日、
東京の郵便局で商品の発送を中止いたしました。

今回、あなたは取引についてご不満のようなので、
全額を返金したいと思います。

私はPaypalの担当者に問い合わせたところ、
買い手がeBayのクレームを取り下げてから返金したほうが
いいということなので、お手数ですが、eBayのクレーム
を取り下げてもらえませんか? でないと、私は手数料の返還が
受けられずに大損してしまいます

I sent the item on May 17th, and it was going to arrive in 1 week to US, but you seem to have a complaint about transaction so I stopped shipment of the item yesterday at the post office in Tokyo.

As you seem to be unhappy about this transaction, I'd like to make full refund.

As I checked with person in charge at PayPal, I was told it is better to refund after the buyer withdraws complaint, so I'm afraid to take your time but will you withdraw complaint on eBay? Otherwise, I will not be able to get reimbursement of handling fee and I will lost a lot of money.
