先週に発送確認をしたとき、既に○○からは出荷していて今週頭頃には到着すると言っていました。それなのになぜまた1週間もかかるのですか？3/21に支払いをして既に2ヶ月も経過しています。なぜこんなにも時間がかかるのですか？商品が届かなくてとても困っています。理由を至急回答ください。

The payment had been done on 3/21 that have passed already two months. Why is taking so long time? I feel annoying that the goods still not reach yet. Please tell me your reason immediately.
