Survey reports are great hints to improve current condition, there are important datas that should be utilized immediately.

Spending much time on result delivery and running a separate program to create survey reports are not the best ideas.

Also, when only the CSV data is delivered, more effort is required to tabulate and analyze the data which cause a waste of "time" and "cost".
