運転免許証の裏側には何も記載されていません。

居住地に変更はありませんが、２年前に札幌市の住居表示変更があり、運転免許証の住所とAmazonに登録している住所は異なっております。

現在はどちらの住所も有効であり（郵便物、宅配便など全て） 引っ越しはしていないので運転免許証の住所変更はできません。札幌市長が発行した住居表示変更の通知書も一緒の画像で送りました。

There is nothing written on the back of driver's license.

There is no change in the address, but addressing system in Sapporo city was changed 2 years ago, and the address on driver's license is different from the one registered at Amazon.

Currently, both addresses are valid (everything including postal matter and courier etc.) and I have not moved so I cannot change address on my driver's license. I also sent image of notification for address system change issued by the mayor of Sapporo city.
