何かの間違いかと思いますがこれはフィードバックポリシーに従い除去されるべきフィードバックです
この注文はFBAですし顧客はカスタマーサービスに不満を抱いている様ですので私に落ち度はありません
今までもこれらのフィードバックは除去されてきましたので何故このフィードバックが除去されないのか不思議でなりません
至急再確認して下さい

I am afraid that this is somewhat mistake, but this is the feedback which needs to be removed following feedback policy.
This order is FBA, and the customer seems to be frustrated with the Customer Service, so that I am not responsible for that.
In the past, these kind of feedback had been removed. Therefore I am really wonder why this particular feedback would not been removed. Can you please check it immediately?
