今月末に、トムさんが、日本に来ると聞いています。その時には、ＩＢＭに対して、鈴木さんが辞任する事を説明する必要があると思います。同時に、今後ともＩＢＭとＮＥＣの信頼関係が変わらない事、及び、今回のトライアルが予定通り進展することを、改めて確認する事が必要です。私は、NECグループに個別に説明し、この件に関しての理解を得られるように全力を尽くす積りです。

I heard that Tom is coming to Japan in the end of this month. When he comes to Japan I think we need to explain that Mr. Yamada is going to retire to IBM. At the same time. we need confirm again that the relationship between IBM and NEC remains the same, and that the trial and the project this time will go through on schedule. I will do my best to explain this to NEC groups individually, and to get their understanding on these subjects.
