商品を受領しましたら商品及び付属品の状態を確認いたします。
返品商品については、お客様が箱等を開封し、テスト的に使用した場合であっても、新品として再度販売可能と判断される場合は全額返金しております。
しかしながら、付属品が欠如していたり、商品自体に擦れや傷がある場合については、その状況に応じて返金額を減額する場合があります。
なお、返金額が決定しましたら、その理由を付してご連絡いたします。
商品の検品は3～5日ほど時間を要しますのでご承知おきください。

We will confirm the conditions of the product and aattached parts on receiveing them.
Regarding the product you return, we will refund you the full amount of the price if
the condition is deemed able to sell, though you have opened the box and tried
using the product.
However, there may be a case to reduce the amound of refunding if the attached
parts are missing or there might be scratches on the product itself.
And we will let you know with a reason how much you will be refunded once it is fixed.
Please keep in mind that the inspection of the product will take three to five days.
