商品を受領しましたら商品及び付属品の状態を確認いたします。
返品商品については、お客様が箱等を開封し、テスト的に使用した場合であっても、新品として再度販売可能と判断される場合は全額返金しております。
しかしながら、付属品が欠如していたり、商品自体に擦れや傷がある場合については、その状況に応じて返金額を減額する場合があります。
なお、返金額が決定しましたら、その理由を付してご連絡いたします。
商品の検品は3～5日ほど時間を要しますのでご承知おきください。

After receiving the goods we will check the condition of both the products and accessories.
If the returned goods are deemed to be resellable as new (even if the box, etc. have been opened for test purposes), we will issue a full refund.
However, if accessories are missing, or if the product itself exhibits signs of wear, the refund will be reduced accordingly.
Once the amount of refund has been determined, we will contact you with the reason.
Please note that inspection of the goods will take from three to five days.
