商品を受領しましたら商品及び付属品の状態を確認いたします。
返品商品については、お客様が箱等を開封し、テスト的に使用した場合であっても、新品として再度販売可能と判断される場合は全額返金しております。
しかしながら、付属品が欠如していたり、商品自体に擦れや傷がある場合については、その状況に応じて返金額を減額する場合があります。
なお、返金額が決定しましたら、その理由を付してご連絡いたします。
商品の検品は3～5日ほど時間を要しますのでご承知おきください。

Once we receive the item, we will check the status of the item and the accessories.
Regarding the item returned, we usually make a full refund to the customer as long as it can be sold as a brand-new item again, even if you opened the outer box and use the item for testing purpose.
But, in case that some accessories are missing, or, in case there is some scratches or worn part on the item itself, we may reduce the amount of money we refund depending on the status.
Once we determine the amount of money for refund, we will let you know the amount and the reason.
Please note that it will take three to five days for us to inspect the item and accessories.
