佐藤さんから商品の話は聞いていますか？前回輸入した商品がFDAの方で没収になりました。その理由は賞味期限の印字ミスで、私達も追加で書類を色々と出し輸入できるようにしましたが通りませんでした。会社でも謝罪広告を掲載しましたがそれでも無理でした。佐藤さんからこの件について話を聞きましたか？早急に商品を輸入しないと私達も困っています。佐藤さんにオーダーをかけましたが返事がきません。あなたはオーダーの件の話は聞いていますか？

How are you doing?
Have you heard anything about the product from Mr./Ms. Sato?
The product we imported a while ago has been confiscated by the FDA.
The reason for this case is an printing error of the shelf safety date.
Though we tried to draft new documents so we could import them, they did
not accpet the new documents. We put some apology advertisements, which did
not work, either.
Have you heard about this case from Mr./Ms. Sato?
We are in a big trouble unless we import the products.
Though we had an order to him/her, no response has come back.
