In order to issue you a refund, we will need the delivery to be rejected so that your order is returned to us. If you will no longer be available at that address, please make arrangements with someone there or at the local post office to reject the package on your behalf.

Once they confirm the reject the package as Return to Sender, please contact me back and I'll keep an eye on your tracking. As soon as I see updated tracking as returning back to us, I'll be able to refund your order.
