私は○○という売り手からこの商品を4個注文し、それらを受け取りました。しかしそのうち2個がバルクパッケージで、リテールパッケージや説明書がついていませんでした。写真を添付しますのでご確認ください。私は売り手に連絡をしました。しかし売り手は「商品はカタログと同じものなので、返金もしないし交換もしない」と回答がありました。私は日本に住んでいます。商品を返送するにしても送料を負担しなくてはいけません。どのように対処すればいいかアドバイスをいただけますでしょうか。ご連絡お待ちしてます

I made a order for this product 4 pcs from the seller,○○, and got them. But two of them are bulk package, and there was no retail package and instruction. Please confirm as attached photos. I made a contact to the seller. But the seller replied "the product is same as the catalog, so we don't return the payment nor exchange." I live in Japan. I have to bear the shipping fee even if I send back the product to the seller. Would you give me an advice how I should handle with this? Your reply would be really appreciated.
