I would like you to understand that there is no possibility for a used item to be mixed up into our items because we purchase items from trustworthy suppliers, and because we inspect all of the items before shipping.
regarding the damage of the outer box, I think it was damaged during transportation of the item, but I will let Amazon know for sure about this in order to avoid such thing happens again. Also, the nozzle is originally transparent.
Regarding the shipping and packaging the item, Amazon is in charge and is responsible for that. So, if you contact Amazon, then they should provide a refund or offer a replacement with the defective item right away.
