問い合わせた所、こちらの支払いに問題はないそうです。
以下はペイパルのサイトに書いてあった未受諾のいくつかの原因です。
•支払いを受諾するPayPalアカウントを新規登録していない。
•PayPalアカウントに登録していないメールアドレス宛に支払いを行った。アカウントにアドレスが登録されしだい、残高に支払いが反映されます。
受諾して取引してほしいのですが、私にはこれ以上できる事がありません。
期限の30日間はお待ちます。
その商品は欲しいので、そちらの問題を解決して頂きたいです。

I inquired and found that there is no problem about our payment.
The followings are some of the reasons that payment is not accepted written on the website of Paypal.

Paypal account to receive payment has not been newly registered.
Payment is made to email address that has not been registered at Paypal account.
The payment is reflected in balance as soon as address is registered at the account.
I want you to accept the payment and start the business. This is all I can do.
I will be waiting for 30 days that are the designated period.
As I need to have the item, would you solve your problem?
