・ローカルマーケットに対応し、消費者ニーズにマッチした商品展開をしていくため、商品を創るプロセス一つ一つに創意工夫して欲しい
・日本人駐在員の若返りにより、タイ人スタッフからもマネジャー候補を育てていきたい

＜現状の課題＞
・タイ人スタッフは、ルーチン業務に追われがちであり、視野が狭くなっている
・日本人駐在員、タイ人スタッフと文化背景の違いから、コミュニケーションギャップが生じている
・これまで公開講座などの研修は実施しているが、当たり障りない内容であり、物足りない

- In order to support local market, and to expand the market fitting to consumer needs, we need to put originality and ingenuity in each process of producing products.
- We need to foster manager candidates among staffs in Thailand, by rejuvenation of Japanese expatriates.

<Current Issues>
- Thailand staff members tend to get tied up with routine works, so that their eyesight is getting narrow.
- Due to the different cultural background, there is a communication gap between Japanese expatriates and Thailand staff members.
- We have held some training such as open college, but the contents have been not too good or not too bad, which is not satisfactory enough.
