"Hi Support team,
I received a package today with several items missing. The order was for a SainSmart DDS140 PC oscilloscope.
The order page gave the packages details of 1 oscilloscope, 1 logic analyser, 2 probe, 1 USB cable, 1 user guide, 1 CD.
The package received only had 1 logic analyser, with no other items. Can you explain when the other items will be sent please?
