1) SはDがF's productsを2017年の４月までAmazon.co.jp内で独占的に販売する権限を有することを承認します。

2） 1）の独占販売期間はSとDいずれか一方からの特別の意思表示がない場合は自動的に1年間更新するものとし、その後も同様とする。

3） Sの都合によりDのAmazon.co.jp内の独占販売権限を解除するときは、少なくとも2ヶ月以上前にDに予告するものとする。
