１．約束を守らない　…　（具体的には）話した内容や、日程を守らない。
２．仕事が遅い　　　…　（具体的には）頼んだ仕事が中々出来てこない。
３．口では上手いことを言うが、実行が伴わない。
４．非常に威張った態度をとる。
以上の事から、Ｘグループの多くの人たちは、彼を信頼しなくなってる。
