まだ、返品の商品は届いておりません。

今回の商品の発送については、郵便局に問題があったにせよ当店に非はないと思っております。
それなのにAtozの申請は非常に困惑しております。
なぜなら、AtoZのクレームを受けると当店の売り上げが激減するからでです。
そして、その売り上げは父子家庭の唯一の収入源だからです。
商品キャンセルや返金依頼を事前にいただければ、こちらもしっかり検討したはずです。

The reason is that sales amount of our store goes down drastically if the claim of A to Z is filed.

If you had cancelled the item or requested refund in advance, I would have considered it seriously.
