About KOCZ, we use 10kg water and 10kg octopus when soaking item in octokeep.
The amount of material we use to make 10ton is variety from 19ton (if we use high quality fresh material) to 24 ton (if we use frozen material as last time, we have to eliminate bad color octopus).
The material we sent you by air, the organs was be taken out. The material I sad above is count when we receive material, include organs.

10トンのKOSZを作るのに必要な材料の量は、場合によって開きがあり、19トン(新鮮で品質の高いタコを使うとき)から24トン(前回のように冷凍のタコを使い、色の悪いタコを取り除く場合)などとなります。
