こんにちは。商品に故障があったとのことで大変申し訳ございません。検品時に気がつく事が出来ませんでした。故障部品のみ取り寄せる事は可能ですが、かなりお時間を要してしまいますし、必ず動作する保証も出来ませんので、残念ですがら今回は返品、返金処理とさせていただきたいのですがいかがでしょうか？ご返信お待ちしております。ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ありません。
