返品の規約について教えてください
弊社は衣料品を販売しています
以前お客様からの返品依頼があり、快く受けたのですが、戻ってきた商品は下げ札（クオリティタグ）が切られ、畳まれずにクチャクチャの状態で箱に詰められた為、アイロンをかけても伸びない皺が付いた状態で戻ってきました
もはや古着としても販売できないレベルです
さらに下げ札は返品の中に見当たりませんでした
この場合、満額返品しなければいけませんか？
また、下げ札がないと返品を受けれないと事前に言っても良いのでしょうか？

Please tell me about the terms for return
Our company sells clothing items.
We have received a return request from a customer, we have accepted it but the item that we have received had its hanging tag (quality tag) ripped off, it was folded in a box in a messy way, and had severe ripples that could not be repaired even after ironing.
We cannot sell this item anymore, as it is in a state comparable to a used clothing item.
Furthermore we could not find the hanging tag of the returned item.
In this case, do we have to proceed with full amount return?
Also, can we say in advance it is not possible to return items without the hanging tag?
