　ミズキは息を呑む。

　美少女を目の前にした緊張もあったが、それよりも何よりも、少女がヒイラギの閉ざされた瞼にキスをしていたことが理由だった。

　恋人、なのだろうか。
　王室を魅了する歌うたいで、人柄のいいヒイラギだ。恋人の一人や二人がいたっておかしくない。
ヒイラギ：「ミズキくん？」

　ヒイラギが歌を止めてミズキのいる方向に顔を向ける。
