一昨日、「WRAP」を購入した客からクレームが来た。「リモコンが作動しない」というクレームです。商品が手元にあり、作動チェックしたが、2個のリモコンともに作動しない。。請求書番号PO#010416の製品です。これで2週連続してクレームが来た。20分の１の確率、5%の確率で不良品が発生する。中国製なら許されるが、米国製では許されない数字です。日本では不良品を忌み嫌います。私の店の信頼はがた落ちです。もっとあなた方は生産管理を努力すべきです。これ以上の不良品は勘弁してほしい。

Inferior goods occur in every one in twentieth, or 5% of probability. It is the rate that can be accepted if it is made in China but not so if it is an American made. People do hate inferior goods in Japan. The trust of my shop has deteriorated drastically. You should try to manage production more firmly. I cannot accept inferior goods any more.

レビューありがとうございます。新和英大辞典によると、不良品はinferior/condemned goodsと出ておりましたので、inferior goodsと訳しましたが、defective goodsの方が自然な訳に感じます。ありがとうございました。
