昨日商品が届きました。
動作確認をしましたが、
右chはノブを回していくと突然音が出なくなり、さらに回すと元に戻ります。
つまり音が出ていない範囲があるということです。
左chはボリュームを上げても音量が大きくなりません。
ボリュームを上げていくと左右のバランスが大きくなります。

ボリュームスイッチが壊れています。
非常に残念です。

動作は良好とのことで購入しました。
修理をしないと使用不可です。
一部ご返金いただけませんか？

I received the merchandise yesterday.
I tested it and discovered that, as I turned the Right channel knob, the sound suddenly disappeared, and as I turned it further, the sound returns.
There seems to be certain range of volume with no sound.
As for the Left channel, there is no sound at all, as I turned the knob all the way up.

I believe that volume switch is broken.
It is very disappointing.

I purchased this merchandise, as it was advertised that it is in good working condition.
I cannot use this without doing some repairs.
Could you give me a partial refund?
