こんにちは。今週前半に商品を受け取りたかったとのことですが、paypalのお支払いがecheckの為、決済がペンディング状態になっています。
（お急ぎで商品が必要な場合は、echeckは決済までに時間がかかるのでお勧めできません）
決済完了予定は2/18ですので明後日くらいです。
paypalからは決済完了するまで発送しないようにと言われておりますので、まだ発送しておりません。
こちらのお取引はキャンセルご希望ということでよろしいでしょうか？
Hello. I know you wanted to receive the item by the end of this week, but the payment is now pending because your PayPal payment is by echeck.
(I do not recommend echeck because it takes for a while to finish settlement, especially in case that you need the item in a harry.)
The estimate date for settlement is February 18, that is the day after tomorrow.
PayPal told us not to ship the item before settlement, so that we have not shipped the item yet.
