京都の町並みを車窓から楽しまれていたお客様が、道路にゴミがほとんど落ちていないことに感動されていました。日本人のマナーの良さが見受けられる素晴らしい点だとおっしゃっていました。

●初めて京都を訪れる外国人のお客様をご案内する際に気を付けていることはありますか？
お食事場所を決める際に、そのお店に洋式トイレがあるかどうかが重要なポイントになります。和式は不便に感じられる方が多いので、常に気にかけています。

When you decide where to eat, the most important thing is if the place has westen style toilet.
They feel inconvenience and uncomfortable with Japanese styled toilet, so I keep in mind about that all the time.
