原因は、Price&Quantityファイルを一部間違えてアップロードしてしまいました。そのため、一度販売し売り切れてしまった商品データを再び在庫ありとしてしまいました。
私たちは今回のミスを反省して、スタッフ全員で話し合い、データファイルの管理方法について確認しました。
今後このようなことがないように努力いたします。
今回はお客様に大変ご迷惑をおかけしたことを申し訳なく思います。
