なぜＡｍａｚｏｎ．ｃｏｍはHazamtとされるものを販売しているのですか？

I can not accept the thing that ASIN B017T0Q9FS is being Hazamt.
This item is a set of B001VB4T86, B001ANVDMU,and labels.
As the attachment says B001VB4T86,B001ANVDMU are selling on Amazon.com too.
Why does Amazon.com sell such a thing called Hazamt?
I only think it it a system error. I need to know the reason.
