With regard to taxes, upon verification by the accounting department, taxes cannot be paid in accordance to the tax law without taking the tax from your income. If you had done your final income tax declaration, I expect that there were no losses from the total so won't you agree to have your income tax deducted? We will deduct 10.21% income tax from the 12,000 for every class you teach and collect all of the 10,775 at the end of every month and pay you.

With regard to the students' needs, what do you think would be the best way to let you know? Should we let you know the students' email addresses? Or conversely, we can instruct the students so they will contact you.
