彼はあなたの工場に行きますが、それは製造に入る段階で工場に行く予定だと言っています。
今回の原料を送ってもらう件ですが、その件は急ぎで添加物を製造開発しないといけないのでその為に原料がすぐに必要です。なのでできれば早急にAirで送ってほしいと思っています。

"Stage" here has been used as an adverb of time, so "at" is used. Like, at 9:30, at midnight etc. Unlike Japanese, it is better not to be redundant in English. So since "material" was already mentioned in the first part, you can use "it" at the latter part. "Air" seems to be a brand name, so must be capitalized.
Forgot to remove "in a haste". Replace with "quickly". Nobody says "in haste" except in old books.
