　店主は嬉しいやら恐れ多いやらで混乱しているようだった。
　そんな亭主に半額を握らせ、ミズキとザクロは卵屋を後にする。

ミズキ：「いいんですか。村の小さな卵屋に王宮の全部の卵を任せても」

ザクロ：「お前たちが食べて生きているではないか。問題はないだろう。無駄に高い卵を買って毎日消費するよりは、それを給金にして人材を増やしたほうがいいだろう」

ミズキ：「無駄に高い卵、ねぇ」

The egg store owner seemed to be confused with joy and dread.
