御社のバイヤーとの対応に付いてお伺いします。
フィードバック1が付いていたので、バイヤーに確認したところ、違う商品が届いていたので
バイヤーがアマゾンに相談したところ、違うセラーから購入するようアドバイスを受けたとの事。
もし我々が違う商品が届いていた事を知っていたら、早急に再送するなど適切な対応する自信ありました。なぜアマゾンは我々に連絡せずにバイヤーと問題の解決を図ろうとしたのか教えてください。
我々はこれにより間違えた商品を送っただけのセラーとなってしまっています。

May I ask about your buyer and their response.
I got feedback1 so I contacted your buyer, and they said that they received a wrong item and that they were advised to buy from a different seller when they asked Amazon.
If we had known that they got a wrong item, we could definitely have sent a right item as soon as possible. Can you tell us why Amazon tried to solve the problem without contacting us?
We end up being a seller who just sent a wrong item because of this.
