先日届いた商品に、御社が商品を確認する際に付いたと思われるカッターの傷がありました

梱包用の箱ごと切られていたものが複数あります。

これでは私は新品で売る事が出来ません

私は今後も御社を利用したいと思っているので改善をお願いします。

There are some scratches on the items I've received from you the other day. I assume that the scratches had been made when you checked the items using a cutting knife.
There are even several outer cases that had been cut.
I cannot sell them as new items.
Since I hope to be able to continue doing business with you, I am expecting that problem to be improved.
