第１条（目　的）
Ａは社に対して、Ａの製品（以下、「本製品」という。）を売渡し、Bはこれを第三者に販売する目的で甲から買受ける。

第２条（販売数量）
　Bが販売する製品の数量は、取決めない事とするが、1度回の購入はUS$500以上とする。

第３条（販売価格）
　AはBに対し、Bが第三者に本製品を販売するときの価額を指定することができるものとする。BはAの指定した販売価額に達しない価額をもって、本製品を販売することができない。

The first clause (purpose)
After A has sold the products (called "these products"as below) over, B can purchase the products from the first party on the purpose of selling them to the third party.
The second clause (the number of sales)
Although the number of products which B sells cannot be negotiated, the purchase order has to be from $500 each time.
The third clause (the price of sales)
A can appoint the price of products when B sells the products to the third party. If B cannot reach the sale price of products appointed by A, B cannot sell products.
