商品がまだ届いていないとのことで大変ご迷惑おかけしております。また、今回の発送には「Tracking Number」を付けてありません。クリスマスシーズンということもあり輸送に時間がかかっている可能性があります。もし、あと約10日経っても商品が届かない場合は再度ご連絡下さい。届かない場合は再度同じ商品を送るか全額返金させて頂きます。重ねてお詫び申し上げます。
