No, we can't offer that price and free shipping which would be a cost of well over $100. You're asking us to lose money and that makes no sense. This is a $399.99 retail driver selling it for $150 below retail and shipping for free isn't a realistic option.
If someone else is willing to sell at that price I would encourage you go ahead and take the risk of buying from someone with lower feedback.
