送料が£8.70かかったということですが、
出品されていた時に「Royal Mail International Signed」3.99 ポンドと記載されていました。
そのため、記載された送料を含めた予算を考えて入札し、落札しました。
もし、あなたが差額の送料を請求する場合、PAYPALのアドレスを教えて下さい。
また、差額は4.71ポンドですが、4ポンドにしてほしいです。
