カメラが壊れていないとの事で安心いたしました。
箱を開けずに送ったので、箱が開けられていて、あるはずの書類が紛失しているという事にとても悲みと怒りを感じています。本日届いた箱と一式の写真をいただけますでしょうか。
箱が開けられていて説明書が紛失していた事を郵便局へ伝えて補償を適用します。お手数おかけいたしますがあなたからも郵便局員へその事実を伝えてください。
また、購入したショップにその事を伝えて、それだけ送ってもらえるか確認します。

I am sure that I didn't open the box when I send it to you, so I feel very sad and also angry to hear that the box was opened by someone else and the document which must have been inside was lost. Could you send me the box, and all the photos you took?
I will report and apply the refund to the post office by telling them that the box was opened and the manual was lost. Could you also tell them about this if asked by the postal worker?
I will also tell about this to the shop that we purchased from, and confirm if they can ship only the manual again.
