届いた商品が1個と連絡をいただいていますが、私はこのショップから下記URLの商品を２個ずつ（合計4個）購入しています。購入したときのレシートの画像を添付します。本当に1個しか商品が入っていなかったのでしょうか？4個入っておりませんでしょうか？もう1度ご確認いただき、ご回答をお願いします。

Although we were informed that the shipped quantity was 1, I have purchased two each of the items in the following URL from this shop (total 4pcs). Please find the attached image of the receipt for the purchase. Are you really sure that only one piece was enclosed instead of 4? Please kindly double-check and get back to me.
