As the letter states, if we do not hear from you by 07Oct15, all your accounts will be closed and you will be issued bank cheques/drafts for the proceeds. These cheques/drafts will remain in our branches and await your collection. If these remain uncollected after 180 days, said cheques/drafts will become stale dated and we will have to issue you new ones only when you are able to personally visit our branch.
