上記の件に関してです

既にカスタマーサービスには連絡済みですが、
現在、バイヤーに返送を依頼しています

送料はもちろん当方負担です

でもその後、連絡がなく困ってます

今回、製品が動作しないと言われました

しかし多くの場合、電池を挿入していないことが多いので
確認をお願いしました

解決したと思うのですが

もう一点困っていることがあります

今、この件が保留になっていることで
私のpaypalの資金が使えない状態になっています

いつまで待てばよいでしょうか

This is about the matter above.

I already contacted thw customer service but now I am asking the buyer to send it back.

of course the shipping fee is on us.

However, we haven't heard nothing since then.

I was told that the product doesn't work.

But most of the time they forget to put batteries so I asked to check.

I think it's solved, but there is no kore thing I am concerned about.


Since its been pending, I'm not able to use my paypal funds.

Until when do I have to wait?
