ガラスパネルが割れていました。
大変ショックです。

写真の通り、緩衝材が少ないです。
ガラス面は特に厳重に梱包してくださいとお伝えしたはずです。
これではガラスパネルは割れると思います。

今回ガラスパネルは購入が可能ですので当方で交換をいたします。
ですので、ガラスパネル代として200$をPAYPALにてご返金ください。
ガラスパネルは購入すると送料含め２００ドルほどいたします。

I received the product today. The glass panel was cracked. I am very disappointed by this. Please refer to the attached picture. As you can see, cushioning was not adequate. I did tell you to make sure to pack carefully especially on the glass material. No wonder the panel is broken.

I will exchange the glass panel by myself as it's available to purchase here. Therefore, please give me a refund of $200 as the glass panel fee to my PAYPAL. The panel costs about $200 including shipment if I buy it. Please reply immediately. Thank you.
